A global industrial customer wanted to develop a new IoT product. The customer had existing products that used the sensing technology but without connectivity. The customer needed someone to lead a global development project with internal/external partners.
Engagement details, solution & value created
TechSeed led the development of the software back/frontend. The initiative was a truly global initiative with project members and stakeholders scattered in 3 time zones. The project included multiple roles like Product Management, Product Owner and Project Management. The scope of the project ranged from data ingestion from IoT devices, evaluation of connectivity partner, storage of data in a cloud environment and leading the development of a user friendly web interface for interaction with devices.
