Challenge
The challenge was to harmonize and optimize E2E processes, enhance operational efficiency without compromising the continuous day to day operations supplying customers across the world with products.
Context
A leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP). Their aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management.
What we did

The result was successful deployment of a global template, and continuous roll-out to Mills and markets. Improved operational efficiency, reduced costs and a significant reduction in resource consumption, while ensuring moving towards a more data-driven company.
