Challenge
The transformation required the development of multiple applications and integrations that needed to work together across both IT and OT environments. The customer needed to coordinate several parallel workstreams while maintaining structure, transparency, and alignment between digital development and the physical factory program.
Context
A specialized industrial manufacturer was developing a new production facility as part of a long-term modernization initiative. The ambition was to increase automation, improve operational efficiency, and create a digital foundation capable of supporting future manufacturing requirements in a highly regulated and quality-critical environment.
What we did
TechSeed led the project management and agile coordination of application and integration development for the new production environment. We aligned teams, managed dependencies, facilitated prioritization, and helped ensure that development activities remained connected to operational requirements and factory milestones. We also supported governance, delivery coordination, and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
Result
The customer established a more structured and predictable development process, reducing coordination risks and improving transparency across the program. The work created stronger alignment between digital solutions and factory development, helping ensure that applications and integrations were delivered in a controlled and scalable manner.
